1. Service Call:
• A $40 fee is charged to visit your location, identify the issues you reported, and provide a repair quote.
2. Repair Process:
• If you accept the quote, we will proceed with diagnosing and fixing the problem, waiving the initial $40 fee.
• NO FIX, NO FEE Policy:
If we are unable to fix the issue due to our lack of expertise or experience (i.e., OUR FAULT), you will not be charged (the $40 fee will be refunded).
• Quality Guarantee: We offer the an optional free repair guarantee (typically 60 days) for any reoccurrence of the same issue.
3. Additional Notes:
• The $40 fee covers a basic preliminary diagnosis and it is NOT diagnosis service.
• We DO NOT provide individual diagnosis services. Everyone makes mistakes.
Exception: For Refrigerator Repair Service Specifically, for specific problems, the diagnostic service could be provided upon request.
