1. Service Call:
A $30 fee is charged for visiting your location, identifying the issues you reported, and providing a quote for the service.
2. Repair Process:
If you accept the quote, we will proceed with diagnosing and fixing the problem, waiving the $30 fee.
NO FIX, NO FEE Policy: After you accept the quote, If we are unable to fix the issue due to our lack of expertise, experience or tools, you will not be charged (NO $30 fee).
Quality Guarantee: After the repair is done, we offer free repair guarantee (typically 90 days) for any recurrence of the same issue(see details in Appliance Free Service Guarantee).(Because we believe in getting it right!)
